The 3rd meeting of 2009 (incorporating the A.G.M) was held on Sunday 7th June at 12noon in Turnberry Gardens.

Committee: W MacNamara, W Harrity, T Hughes, W Millar, S Phelan.

The Chairman opened the meeting and welcomed members.

Abba Dance
General satisfaction with this event, though there are reservations over the suitability of Turnberry Gardens as an Entertainment venue. The main concerns are the difficulty in providing enough seats with a clear view of the stage, the inadequate bar facilities (extra fonts for lager are due to be installed) and security.

Big Night Out
MacDonald Brothers are very popular with all age groups and did not disappoint. This event was also held in Turnberry Gardens so comments were made similar to those noted above.

Licensing Laws
Managment feel the need to remind Owners that only drinks purchased in the entertainment venues may be consumed there.

Library
This facility in the O.E. Leisure Centre is to be run by the Owners. Donations of books will be welcomed.

O.E. Pavilion
(previously Golf Pavilion) is available for functions. Proceeds to go to Craig Tara Charities.

Bowls
Next match scheduled for Saturday 29th August.

Golf Club
Annual Dance and Presentation of Prizes will take place in October on a date still to be finalised. Several good acts to appear. Further details from organisers Tom and Robert.

Maintenance
Various points raised on individual issues and these have been reported to management.

FunBikes
Still some areas of concern mainly regarding the capability of users. Also some good ideas put forward by members for the resolution of these concerns. These have been put forward to management.

A.G.M.
Report and review delivered by the Chairman.
Accounts submitted by the Treasurer were passed by the members present.
The result of the election is that the Committee is as it was.
